ABOUT ME

Before I became involved with training, I was involved in various sports including cross country, track, basketball, and martial arts. I began training with highly experienced coaches and trainers to become stronger and eventually became inspired enough to pass this knowledge to others. 

I create a holistic view in helping my clients become the best versions of themselves. My passion grows as I watch my clients succeed and remain accountable inside and outside of the gym. What clients can take away from me is creating the mental capacity to accomplish their fitness goals.

My main skill outside of fitness is drawing and I also enjoy barbering and doing car mods in my spare time. I developed many of my skills through the military and am a proud veteran.

Incorporating calisthenics has been a total game-changer for me. Not only have I seen major improvements in my core strength and overall muscle definition, but I've also noticed a major boost in my daily energy levels.

The progress I've seen gave me that extra boost in my productivity both at work and in my hobbies.

I've been able to get more stable and balanced control over my body - which has helped me feel even more confident.

All in all, I couldn't be happier with how implementing calisthenics has leveled up my fitness game.

Q1 - I've never heard of you, Why should I trust you?

I've built a system that has worked with over 55 clients and still transforming. During my entire fitness career, I built extensive knowledge in exercise and nutrition science and then gained experience learning what training methods clients needed the most to see progress in their body, health, and energy. With all of this, I was able to help clients see quick results in just 2 weeks and they were able to transform themselves with an enjoyable workout and diet routine.

Q2 - Why do You charge so much?

I'm certified in NCSF (National Council for Strength & Fitness) and PN1-NC (Precision Nutrition). I charge for the value that I'm going to be providing you for your transformation in 2 weeks. Charges = Value

Q3 - How much experience do you have?

I have been training people since 2016. I first worked at two gyms - public and private - and then 2020, I decided to go online to make it worldwide.

Q4 - How can I believe that this program is going to work for me?

Many of my clients were able to transform their physical build, surpass their limitations, and limiting beliefs, and be more productive in their daily task. This program gave them the opportunity to work on a multi-layout workout routine so they had the option to do different styles with a menu of options. When my clients completed this program, they gained more confidence in how they looked, felt, and performed. They gained more energy which helped them in their lifestyle.

Q5 - Can I have my favorite food items?

Absolutely! Your food choices are endless as long as you're able to meet your daily nutritional goals.

Q6 - Will you give me my own grocery list?

I will coach you with the foods and then YOU can decide what to include in your grocery list when it's time to meal prep.

Q7 - Will you give me personal training as well?

Yes, I'm located in San Francisco, CA, USA and will give you personal training in a private-owned gym called The Yard. The address is 2863 California St, San Francisco.

Q8 - Can I get the trial with you?

Yes, I give trial passes for a week that includes...-A fitness assessment which is a full body postural and movement analysis.-It analyzes your movements, endurance, mobility, and balance. The goal of this is to discover where your muscles are strong and weak and for any imbalances that may exist.
